Georgina Carpendale

Georgina is an experienced finance executive having worked as Chief Financial Officer in a number of companies most notably in a fast paced, innovative, ASX listed technology start-up company. 

Georgina’s experience includes capital raising, company re-structures, establishment of international subsidiaries, global strategic partnerships, and development and execution of company strategy.

Georgina has been drawn to start-up/scale-up companies due to the challenges and thrills that come with a growing company.

Georgina is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (First Class Honours) degree specialising in accountancy from South East Technological University.

Georgina loves to spend time with her husband more often than not just laughing and being with her large Irish family. She enjoys setting herself challenges whether that is completing Hell and Back or setting running targets with family members, a bit of friendly competition is always good. Georgina is also passionate about developing people and supporting them to expand their skills or identify other areas for growth.
