With over 20 years’ experience helping organisations evolve, grow, and perform, Simon Elmes is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader.

At Fitzgerald Power, his focus is on helping the business scale by building the internal structure, systems, and automations needed to support its ambitious growth. In this role, Simon aligns technology with day-to-day operations to ensure its internal infrastructure is fully leveraged to drive revenue growth, internal collaboration, and industry-leading client service delivery.

Before joining the Fitzgerald Power team, Simon played a leading role in diverse sales organisations across EMEA markets at Salesforce, where he managed numerous high-performing teams working across SME and Enterprise clients. Though sales leadership shaped his career, his real passion lies in enabling people and businesses to work better through intuitive technology, clear processes, and a strong, people-first culture. And despite being an all-around overachiever, he’s actually quite a good guy.

Outside of work, Simon is passionate about travel, sport and his French Bulldog, Rio.
