Marta is a Chartered Tax Adviser (Irish Tax Institute) with over five years’ experience specialising in global mobility and employment tax. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Power, she worked with one of Ireland’s Big Four firms, advising multinational employers and internationally mobile employees on a wide range of cross-border tax matters.
Marta strengthens our tax team with her expertise in income tax compliance, cross-border employment tax and expatriate tax planning – areas of increasing importance for organisations with international workforces. She has extensive experience coordinating international tax advice and advising on the Special Assignee Relief Programme (SARP), PAYE, social security, employee reward structures and wider tax planning matters.
Known for her organised, practical approach, Marta helps clients navigate complex tax issues with confidence, delivering clear, commercially focused advice while managing projects efficiently to meet demanding deadlines.
