Tara is the Head of People at Fitzgerald Power. She joined the team following her time at Indeed, where she held several HR and talent leadership roles, most recently as a Senior EMEA HR Business Partner. Prior to this, Tara developed her experience in human resources and talent acquisition across global organisations such as ASOS, Groupon, and Google, and she also spent time managing recruitment operations in Australia.
Tara’s background focuses on end to end talent management, organisational design, and HR strategy implementation. Throughout her career, she has managed distributed teams and supported global HR programs, change management, and employer branding initiatives. She holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and Business and a Higher Certificate in Business and Industrial Relations, and she recently completed a CIPD Certificate in Employment Law at the IBEC Academy.
Outside of work, Tara loves traveling, visiting new countries, and learning about different cultures & cuisines.
