Joanna is a Chartered Tax Adviser with over 15 years of experience advising Irish and international clients across a broad range of tax matters.
Working with everyone from SMEs to internationally focused businesses, Joanna specialises in corporate tax advisory and compliance, corporate restructuring, tax due diligence and Revenue audits. Her focus is on making complex tax matters a little less complex, providing practical, commercially focused advice that reflects what each client and their business actually needs.
Joanna also has extensive experience advising international businesses looking to establish and operate in Ireland, helping them navigate the Irish tax environment and understand the tax considerations that come with doing business here.
She qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Irish Tax Institute in 2015 and holds an MSc in European Business and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
Outside of work, Joanna enjoys spending time with her family and travelling – preferably when the two can be combined.
