Project Overview

Fitzgerald Power was engaged to project manage and advise on the commercial aspects of our clients’ proposed purchase of Allcare Galtymore Pharmacy.
The assignment involved the negotiation of terms with the vendor, raising bank funding, liaising with our clients’ legal team and ensuring the transaction was completed in a timely manner.
As part of the transaction, we undertook commercial, financial and taxation due diligence providing our clients with a detailed report that they used to assess their initial offer.
We completed the transaction efficiently and effectively. Under Adrian and Wendy’s stewardship the pharmacy has gone from strength to strength.
