The Limerick City and Council SME Action Plan is a strategic roadmap designed to strengthen the SME sector in the region.

Limerick City Council is a dynamic local authority driving regional development through progressive policies and strategic initiatives.

Fitzgerald Power collaborated with lead consultants Research and Dig to deliver this SME focussed project. The project involved creating a comprehensive socio-economic profile and strategic roadmap for the region, informed by stakeholder input and underpinned by the application of corporate strategy tools. This roadmap will guide concrete actions to improve the SME ecosystem.
