Lockton’s engaged Fitzgerald Power to undertake commercial and financial due diligence on four acquisition opportunities identified by their management team.

Project Overview

We were asked to perform a detailed review of the historical trading performance which would form the basis of Lockton’s commercial appraisal of the transactions, helping their management team assess the opportunities.
As part of this review we looked at Maintainable and Historical EBITDA, balance sheets and an overall valuation analysis.
We then met with and provided the Lockton’s management team with an in-depth commercial due-diligence report. This enabled our client to fully understand the commercial considerations of the deal.
