People come together from all over the country to connect and share ideas. The Real Deal gives you the chance to hear from people who have achieved significant success, offering incredible insights into the world of business. The event provides attendees with a unique learning experience and an invaluable networking platform. Also a few good laughs along the way.

The Real Deal 2024

Ireland’s premiere SME conference – The Real Deal – is back again this year. This exclusive event is tailor-made for Ireland’s most distinguished entrepreneurs and business owners.

• Where: The prestigious Goffs, Co. Kildare.

The day will kick off with The Deal Of The Year interview, featuring the keynote speaker Niall Molloy, Chief Executive Officer, Echelon Data Centres, moderated by the exceptional Matt Cooper.

The Real Deal 2023

The Real Deal Conference 2023 returned in-person on Wednesday, May 3rd, and took place at the prestigious Goffs in Co. Kildare.

The day kicked off with a Legend of Business interview, featuring the keynote speaker Gene Murtagh of Kingspan, moderated by the exceptional Matt Cooper. The event explored relevant and interesting discussions featuring high-calibre speakers:

• Kevin O’Loughlin on the risk of companies overselling, customer retention, finding deals and integrating them.
• Gene Murtagh specifically on what he looks for in people, going public and acquisitions.
• Niall O’Callaghan on identifying acquisitions.
