Brian is a Tax Partner with over 20 years of experience. His bread and butter is advising clients on Irish and international tax matters, specialising in business and investment structuring in a tax-efficient manner. His work also focuses on minimising tax exposures on transactions and establishing structures with future succession planning in mind. In short, he’s a good guy to have around.
Some of Brian’s experience includes tax due diligence covering all tax heads; tax structuring advice for M&A transactions, advising international clients on setting up in Ireland, and assisting clients on the implementation of tax policies, revenue audits, and property taxes. A fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an associate of the Irish Tax Institute, he’s pretty much as good as it gets.
Outside of work, Brian is involved in juvenile coaching for athletics and GAA. And no, there is nothing he can’t do.
