Framespace Solutions specialise in the Design & Manufacture of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) structures for use in the residential construction sector throughout Ireland and the UK.

Project Overview

Led by a group of value-additive shareholders and management, who had established a significant pipeline of residential construction projects, Framespace Solutions required private equity to fit out its production facility and commercialise its market opportunity.
Our objective was to curate a list of high-net worth individuals, assist management in the development of their pitch deck and host a virtual pitch meeting where prospective investors could hear from the promoters and ask questions about the opportunity.
We gathered a small group of high-net-worth investors with an interest in the construction sector and facilitated the virtual meeting. We worked with management before the pitch meeting to tailor their presentation and fielded questions from prospective investors after the meeting.
Working with the promoters and their legal advisors, we completed the round in an efficient manner.
