It’s an exciting time at Fitzgerald Power, and to support our current organisation and help drive our ambitious growth plans we are hiring a Corporate Finance Senior. This is a key role within our growing Corporate Finance team.
Who you are.
The role requires a candidate with experience of the Irish market from mergers and acquisitions, transaction advisory services, valuations and raising capital & business planning. You will be required to prepare detailed financial models and due diligence. You will assist with the preparation of business plans whilst working on sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments. You will be responsible for preparing valuation reports, dealing with debt and equity raisings whilst liaising with clients, financial institutions and other parties.
The ability to effectively prioritise, and a results orientation approach is essential to this position. You’ll be entrusted to run with things early on in your role with us, so the enthusiasm to grow and learn is also key. We pride ourselves on the technical excellence of the firm and will provide a supportive and professional learning environment.
Working collaboratively with all levels of Management and the team to meet deliverables, and a commitment to active learning and developing others, are among the other qualities we’re looking for in our successful applicant.
What you’ll need.
- ACA, ACCA or CFA qualification with 2+years post qualification experience an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Keen interest in a wide range of business sectors including pharmacy, retail, food & beverage and emerging tech businesses
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and technical ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Great team working skills and an ability to show flexibility when faced with new challenges.
- Willing to have fun, stay positive and show enthusiasm.
