Tax AssignmentCorporate RestructuringProject OverviewOur client operated a successful pharmacy company. The company conducted two separate pharmacy trades through one corporate vehicle, and decided to separate the trades into two separate corporate vehicles. The main purpose of doing so was to manage risks between the two trades and to facilitate a future sale should an offer be made for either trade. We met with our client to gain an understanding of their operation and the trades. We prepared a plan for the restructure of the business, ensuring that the separation of the trades could be conducted in a tax-efficient manner. We assisted our client throughout each stage of the process.By utilising the available tax reliefs, we completed our client’s corporate restructure in a tax efficient manner. Following the restructure our client sold one of the trades.Related Case Studies Tax AssignmentBusiness Succession Planning View Case Study Quirke’s Medical HallPharmacy For Sale View Case Study Tax AssignmentBusiness Succession Planning View Case Study Quirke’s Medical HallPharmacy For Sale View Case Study
